A very central location right next tot the Grand Opera House (so take in a show!) and opposite the Crown (famous for the old style "snug" private booths). Very comfortable good sized rooms with lovely crisp sheets and a nice bathroom (with a complimentary titanic themed rubber duck - didn't check how long it floats!). Pleasant service. There is a regular bus service from City Airport to the bus station behind the hotel for £2.

We really enjoyed our stay which started with a warm welcome at check in. Our room was wonderful spacious & very comfortable. We had a enjoyable meal in the restaurant in the evening, served by courteous staff. We enjoyed the music in both the piano bar and the lobby bar. We woul highly recommend the Europa hotel.

My husband and i spent christmas eve and christmas night at the hotel and had a most pleasent stay. From check in until departure it was an overall enjoyable experience. The room was fantastic, the food and drink was exellent (the cocktails are second to none)and the staff were all so helpful and had a smile on their faces, even though they had to work through christmas. We would like to say a big thankyou to Richard, the restaurant manager for his kindness and for making our stay so very enjoyable.

Really warm from staff, very helpful, rooms very clean and nicely prepared. Nice central location too, would definitely stay again.
