I have stayed in this hotel a few times before and decided to book it again for a friends 30th birthday. I decided on a corner suite and informed them it was a special occasion.
On arrival we were met by Damian and were warmly welcomed and he mentioned about my friends birthday, which made her feel very special. There was also a birthday card and balloon in the room which was also a very kind gesture.

We decided to have dinner in the sonoma restaurant and were served by Conor and Jason and both gave excellent service. The food was lovely and very well presented. I feel it was very good value for money.

The next morning we decided to have breakfast in the executive lounge, as we had access to the lounge and thought it would be less busy on a Sunday morning and It was very relaxed. the executive host Donna was very attentive and couldn't do enough for us! I would definitely recommend doing this.

I would definitely stay at this hotel again as the location is great for shopping and the service we received was top notch again!!

Stayed at the Hilton while attending van Morrison at the Odyssey.Warm welcome from Damian on reception and checked in quickly.Nice room looking over the river Lagan-room comy,warm and quiet with a comfy bed.Had breakfast the next morning which was perfect.Didnt make it to the bar.Definitely plan to stay here next time we visit Belfast.

Had a great weekend in Belfast at this hotel, Could not fault it apart from No swimming Pool.
Breakfast was great and the staff could not have been any better.

Twelve of my family stayed in the hotel for my sisters 60th birthday,everything was great upon arrival Jamie was very friendly and even allocated all the rooms to be beside each other. the rooms were spacious and clean and when we went to the bar that evening the atmosphere was good but busy(not a complaint). breakfast on Saturday morning was lovely everything fresh and staff done their best to accommodate the large party of us. booking of all the rooms were assisted by the wonderful reception manager Damian and nothing was a problem.
