Twelve of my family stayed in the hotel for my sisters 60th birthday,everything was great upon arrival Jamie was very friendly and even allocated all the rooms to be beside each other. the rooms were spacious and clean and when we went to the bar that evening the atmosphere was good but busy(not a complaint). breakfast on Saturday morning was lovely everything fresh and staff done their best to accommodate the large party of us. booking of all the rooms were assisted by the wonderful reception manager Damian and nothing was a problem.

The receptionists were helpful and polite. The room was spacious and very clean. The breakfast was lovely. Only the waiters serving tea/coffee could have been more present to ensure that their customers were served immediately. Overall very good hotel to stay

The hotel is centrally located with lovely views of Belfast and just a short walk away from the shops and restaurants. There is a great buffet selection at breakfast and the staff are attentive and friendly. Our room was very comfortable and a good size. Would recommend.

We stayed for our wedding anniversary and my birthday in January. Rooms were very clean, unbelievable views over belfast and very spacious. We had a very warm welcome from ciaran and damien at reception. We were blown away by how nice our room was. We were in an executive corner room with ceiling to floor glass windows looking over the Lagan. We had booked dinner for that evening in the Sonoma restaurant and had a great family meal. Very attentive waiters and the food was beautiful. We will most definitely be back, have stayed at the other big belfast city centre hotels and nothing can match the superb service we received while celebrating with family in the Hilton Belfast!
