Owner was patronising and treated us like idiots. Double room was a decent size and the bed was ok, however the bathroom is far too small. Hotel is dated and needs a serious overhaul and maybe the way they check people in could be changed too.

Would probably sleep on the street next time rather than staying here.

my husband and i had booked for two nights in oktober, but after having seen and smelled the place, we left after one night, declining even the includetd breakfast, served from 0700 am. till 0800, weekdays..... it was a weekday.
we had arrived in the late afternoon and the house still stank of the eggs, fried in non to fresh oil, according to the smell, in the morning.
furniture was ughly and , the place not that clean and the aerea scary.
this place inspired us to check in at a chain hotel the very next day, at least there you know what to expekt.

Friendly welcome from owner (Father) although first impression was b & b needed modernisation. Room clean, bed comfortable but room in need of decoration. Very much self-service breakfast, cook your own toast, make your own hot drink. Lacklustre service from Son at breakfast, tables left uncleared when guests left tables giving bad overall impression. Fair price for Swansea Guest House but have stayed in much better for less elsewhere.

This B&B has a lovely view of the seafront and the rooms were adequate and clean enough. The location is a short walk to town but it doesn't look like the best area of town and I wouldn't have walked around the back streets without my husband . There is a Weatherspoon's nearby that does great cheap breakfast - I'm afraid the appearance and behaviour of our host / cook put us off having the included breakfast at the hotel.
