Stopped overnight for a hen party which i suppose for the price and the occassion it was OK but if my husband had booked this for me i'd divorce him. The room was your bog standard faceless hotel room which overlooked the station, although to be fair you didn't hear the trains. It was clean but the bed was really soft and i think the mattress had seen better days and had very little support. The bathroom was very basic and could have done with an update and there were no toiletries or anything only small bars of soap. There was also nowhere to put things out of view, no wardrobe doors, no pull out drawers etc and only about 6 coathangers which for one night was ok but for a couple of nights?? Also no phone books, no what's on guide or anything which i now is not on every ones priority list but i think these things cost hardly anything to put in and can provide very usual info for visitors. Location was good for going out but was a bit difficult to find and also wouldn't want to walk back in the dark there.

All in all for one night it's OK but i certainly won't be queuing up to stop here again.

No problems here! Good value for money, comfortable and clean. The staff were really helpful. Good central location. Hard to find with a sat nav - set it to the carpark nearby instead.

nice room. small but perfect just to spend a night..... travelodge is great value for money

Generally i have a bit respect to Travelodge hotels for their budget prices.

I have stayed in this hotel recently on Saturday night. Checked in 9 pm after a long day drive and north yorkshire moors walk with my partner. I have been allocated room #421.

The room is bob standard but bit smelly. There are two problems with the track side rooms ( i mean half of rooms) 1. they are close to train station. that a minor problem only during the train pass from or into the station.

2. The major one is CockPit bar next to the hotel. Music started at 11pm and continuously going until 3:30 am in the morning. Very loud which no one can go to bed.

I have gone down to reception and brought a fan in order to compensate the noise, this time fan also useless. I am wondering how Leeds City council is allowing night clubs to play music that much loud

I have wrapped my head into 3 towels like a mummy but no use, i have tries some loo roll in to my ears and wrapped up like a mummy.

Totally its a horrible night and stay. I think Travelodge must complaint to Leeds city Council to tackle this issue immediately.

Dont stay in this hotel during week ends. if stay ask for rooms away from CockPit bar
