I am from the Chicago area and stayed at the Westham for 8 nights in January.
The room was lovely and clean with a nice comfortable bed,it was quiet and homey
Paul,the proprietor,was very accommodating and the staff was also friendly and helpful
I thought the location was good,it's within easy walking distance of the town center with all its lovely shops and restaurants.Warwick castle was great fun and beautiful St.Mary's was well worth the visit.It is also convenient to Leamington Spa,another nice town to visit,especially if you want to shop or are looking for somewhere to eat
Overall I was very pleased with the Westham and would definitely stay there again,I've given it the highest rating because I really have no complaints

a nice walk away from the town centre; on a main road, but noise surprisingly lacking from the traffic. nice welcome from paul, room large and warm. very relaxed atmosphere, freindly, and nice. didn't like the ' mushroom' colour paintwork, but hey it's personal choice. all in all a pleasant stay in a nice town.

The service was excellent as was the breakfast. We were given the option of different rooms and took the two adjoining ones so that our son could have his own room. The only snag was that he managed to lock us out of the room (our room was the only one that locked automatically) but luckily the owner/manager managed to help us out even though he was out. Our only complaint was that our room was slightly cool (our sons one was fine) but on mentioning this we were given a reduction off our bill which was very much appreciated. The B&B is pretty close to Warwick Castle, equidistant between Warwick and Leamington.

We stayed in the Westham B&B Warwick and received excellent friendly service. The room was very clean and breakfast tasty. What made the stay most enjoyable was the friendly staff who were most hospitable. There are a number of bars and restaurants within walking distance. I would highly recommend staying there.
