The location was ideal, the centre of warwick with its own car park, which was small but thestaff tried to arrange it efficiently. The room was lovely , quite spacious with a Thai theme.. The best thing about the Globe was the very friendly, welcoming staff giving attention to individual needs and requests. Would certainly stay there again.

Stayed in warwick the night before and tried to get another hotel for the next night, everywhere was full to the brim, even the globe. W decided to walk to the globe and try at the desk and met Pam, (wow what a lady she is) we felt like we had known her forever and felt she would do anything for you, nothing was too much trouble. she had another look for an available room and she said that someone had checked out early a few minutes before We were so pleased at this news as we would have had to go back to Manchester and the charge would be a Million pound for staying, we of course agreed and bit her hand off. This was so close to the square and restaurants and walked about. The hospitality was that Pam would do anything for you, when eating breakfast there was a stag doo and that Pam had given them her mobile number so they would be able to get in ( in the early hours) nowhere else would do this for their Clients... we would call her a Friend.

When the manager Pam found out we were a group celebrating an upcoming wedding she insisted shed look after us and certainly did. She helped us deliver a surprise gift for the groom.
On my late arrival i enquired for an iron and instead had my shirt ironed form me so as not to miss my taxi, that's service! Pam is definitely a character and i was packed home with a complementary Thai Green curry from the restaurant which was as good as any I'd had before.
Definitely an interesting hotel where I'd stay again, the location is good, bang on the town square and a few minutes walk from the river, castle and medieval streets of Warwick

1.) Service received was fantastic, very friendly and helpful manageress
2.) The room was very clean with tv and phone, in a unique Thai style but very relaxing
3.) Location was excellent in the centre of Warrick for restaurants and easy reach to the M40 but not that noisey at all
4.) Best thing about the hotel was the service and the worst was the parking, plenty of space but had to park in front of other guests cars
