This hotel is ideally located for exploring Stratford. The rooms are clean and of a good size,with en suite facilities. The only problem is the walls are obviously very thin, i was kept awake by sounds of other guests, using showers and toilets etc and could even hear a friend of mine talking on the phone in the room next but one. i stayed in a different room last year and that was the same as well.( I was in 218 this year and 283 last year).
The food in the restaurant is excellent, lots of choice and the waiting staff were very friendly and efficient. Overall the hotel is well kept, and very clean, there is a relaxed atmosphere and the majority of staff are friendly and helpful.

Nothing wrong with this hotel but nothing special about it either. The bathrooms are very dated. The public areas are a little better and we enjoyed breakfast. Close to town.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms were spacious and clean. Lots of choice on the menu and the food for the evening meal and breakfast was of a high standard. Very close to town centre. Would definitely go back.

We stayed twice last year in May and had a mixed experience. This year we had a much better room (ground floor, 167 - would request this corridor again) and the wifi worked well throughout our 2-night stay. We didn't eat in the hotel due to not very good experience last time, but still feel this hotel is good value and is in a great spot for threatre-going as it's just a five minute walk to the RSC/Swan.
