A pretty farmhouse in rural suffolk situated about 3 miles north of the village of Dennington.
Mrs Hickson is a very attentive host who showed us around on arrival and offered tea and freshly made scones which we ate under a covered area by the pond.
The double room was fine - nothing special in terms of decor - and was not ensuite so we had to share the bathroom with another guest.
There is plenty of garden to roam in plus a tennis court and a moat around the property. And a friendly dog Lucy.
Several pubs within a few miles for eveing meal.
Full English breakfast was good with cereal/fruit, juice, tea/coffee, toast.
Enjoyed our stay at a £50 per night for both of us was good value.
