really enjoyed my stay comfortable clean room the staff could not have been more helpfull
stayed 3 nights eat in the restaurant every night food was good value for money and so was the wine. its was good value for money all round. Dont know what the other reviews on here are complaining about i got more for my money than i expected will be staying again when in stoke.

Stayed here on Xmas eve as visiting family. Room and bathroom very clean and warm and of a standard that i would expect for a Motel. Flatscreen tv and modern no frills furniture. Ideal place for a sleepover and superb value for money. Couldnt have got a camping pitch for this price!!!

As we work nearby we thought we would come here for a Christmas lunch before we break up for the holidays. One of us phoned last week to make a booking but we were told that we would be ok to just turn up and it would be a Christmas carvery. So we did. The person that met us at the bar looked vacant. He stared at us so we asked him if we could get a table for the carvery. He informed us he was trying to remember 6 things at once. My friend said "I can see you're busy" There was nobody there. The member of staff put his head in his hands. "The carvery is between 12 and 2.30 or 5 and 9.30. I said it was 12.50 so we fall into the first category. He went away to find out if they were doing the carvery. They were not. We left. Weird and useless.
