Return visit to Bath which is a fantastic city and 2nd stay here, the location of this place is excellent, Les and Lyns still as warm and friendly as previous visit.
Nothing is too much trouble for them.
Fantastic beds, sheets and pillows slept really well both nights.
Spotlessly clean rooms with added extra little touch, good quality bathroom toiletries and breakfast really yummy.
Definately stay here again and would reccommend to anyone.

Stayed here just before Christmas. Great location, very close to Bath Centre. The owners were welcoming, friendly and helpful. The rooms were spotlessly clean and very comfortable with everything provided to make our stay like a home from home. Fantastic cooked breakfast! Highly recommend.

Booked this guest house based on the trip advisor reviews and i wasn't disappointed. We booked the whole guest house (all 6 rooms) so the whole family could stay while visiting Bath for my brothers wedding. Les and Lyns made the whole weekend so easy, and they couldn't do enough for myself and all the family. Will definitely stay here again if i visit. The guest house is just far enough out of the town centre to be nice and quiet, but is literally only a couple of minute short walk into the centre and train station, location couldn't be better.
