A perfect choice for a couple staying for a weekend in bath. An extremely well presented building with decor that compliments the style of the house. Very friendly and informative greeting on arival; the B&B having a calm, relaxed atmosphere. Our room (No.3) was compact but fuctional- double aspect views, extremely clean and well equipped. Lovely little extras like mince pies and mulled wine on arrival, classical music playing in room and cafetier coffee available in room. Breakfast was faultless- fantastic quality and variety. Excellent service from all staff, very professional, friendly, making us feel special and welcome. I even left my cardigann in the wardrobe and they sent it back to me without any problems! A beatufil B&B in a beautiful city!

2 nights in their 4-poster bed & Jacuzzi room, topped off with great breakfasts - what more can you want! Hosts are charming, rooms really clean, modern and perfectly turned out. Great attention to detail throughout. Not cheap but definitely worth it for a treat.

My husband and I stayed at this great guest house (sadly) for just one night but found it to be a wonderful place. On our travels we had stayed mainly in B&Bs but decided to splash out for the one night in Bath. One Three Nine was certainly worth the extra. The hosts were fantastic: knowledgeable, personable, thorough and understated. I would go back in a heart-beat.

From the first contact with 139 was a delight. The room we had was a superior Double. Large, airy and very clean. Breakfast was tops, whatever you had was delicious. Only a 15 mins from town, and away from any "Town noise". One day we stayed in the lounge for a few hours, read the papers, then was offered tea or coffee. You don't get that service in normal B & B's. We are planning to return sometime in the near future.
