I travel all over the world for my job on an almost weekly basis and this is the best hotel I have stayed in for a long time that just gets EVERYTHING right! The most amazing bed I've slept in, beautiful decor, outstanding service, huge rooms, and a great location. I'll be back.

I stayed at this property on a business trip for 2 nights and had a very good experience. The room was beautiful and comfortable with all the 5-star amenities you would expect. Location is excellent - - right by Trafalgar square. Staff was very attentive and quick to any needs. "Balcon" restaurant is fantastic. Internet in room is free for a slow speed (512kbps), the Enhanced speed (15.00GBP) is lightening fast, but worth it for me as a business traveler . . . my speedtest was 92 Mbps, which is 3 times faster than my home or office Internet.

This is beautiful hotel in a wonderful old building. It is very well run, the staff are extremely helpful. We came as part of a large business group, and they organised a special check in for us which was very efficient. The public areas are very attractive and well decorated. The rooms are a very good size, especially for London, with a comfortable bed. Everywhere is clean, well kept and beautifully decorated. The bar is friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was generally good, but one day it was not very hot. Location is great, close to St James' Park and Picadilly Circus.

From the second we came in to the hotel, we were met with a nice relaxed atmosphere and a feeling, that the staff would do everything to make our stay in London as pleasant as possible. The new restaurant was very interesting and the staff of the bar was great. The only problem we had were, that the beds was so nice, that is was nearly impossible to get out in the morning.
