I would like to congratulate both Mr Sumeet Dua Front Desk Manager and Mr Rugved Kirtikar Reception Manager and their staff for the way in which I was treated during my stay of one week. I have stayed in many fine hotels around the world and first impressions are so important. This being my first visit to the Millenium Gloucester Hotel gave me an opinion of excellent professional customer service from all the reception staff during my stay. As well I had a couple of requests that were dealt with efficently and promptly. The success of any business depends hugely on the professionalism of its staff and in this instance the Millenium Glocester Hotel delivered. Well done from a very satisfied guest.

Great location, room was fantastic, cheap rates for booking in advance, very happy with this hotel. Location had the tube stop just across the road and lots of places to eat and grab a quick bite before heading out. Post office and ATM was only a minute away. Staff were friendly and the rooms were very clean. Will be staying here again next time for sure!

We had a night in london on the 7th of february to see a show and i had a deal with Travel Zoo as i think many more did at £99 pounds for the night including breakfast,as i dont think i would pay £21.50 for the breakfast.They upgraded us and we had a room on 5th floor it was very roomy which is unusual for London very large bed and a nice bathroom very clean and tidyThe only fault was that the large bed had a very small duvet on it.
We found the staff very friendly,and would come back again proberbly only on a deal as we were quite far from Theatre Land.
We also found the room was not as warm as we would have liked it as i read on another persons comment.

I have stayed at this hotel numerous times over the last 4 years. It is very close to Gloucester Road tube station and within walking distance of Earls Court and South Kensington so there are plenty of places to eat nearby and also all the normal services like nail bars, hairdressers and dry cleaners. Most of the rooms are spacious and in good repair, only the odd one is maybe not up to 4 star standard and usually if one of these is allocated staff are swift to move you to another room. The only downside is the internet charges which I think are pretty high and in most places this is now free. Nice reception area though and I would definitely stay again.
