We stayed for two nights on our way back to Denmark from our Gold Wedding trip.As we entered the hotel we had the feeling of a warm welcome,we were upgrated to the Atrium Suite. The whole staff were very helpfull and kind.The Atrium Suite was a very quiet Suite and it was overlooking the Winter Garden.
The Winter Garden Restaurant was a very romantic place with live music.
Indeed we had a perfect experience, once again thanks to the staff and for the special gift.

Very good location just outside Marylebone and Baker St. Underground Stations. Clean, upscale hotel with great service. Definitely in the 4-4.5 Star range.

My wife and I were introduced to this hotel via a champagne brunch which was a wonderful afternoon spent eating, sipping non stop champagne and chatting to friends to celebrate my 50th birthday! Excellent doesn't describe the service, food and general ambiance of this venue. If you want a treat for a special occasion I would recommend this.
We subsequently stayed at the hotel and found the room spacious and enjoyed the stay. Possibly a little pricey but you get what you pay for. Enjoyed a meal deal with this stay which made it better value for money.

We have just spent 3 blissful nights in The Landmark. The location is exceptionally convenient for the Heathrow Express and the proximity of the tube station to the hotel is equally attractive. The hotel itself is gorgeous, beautifully decorated and very elegant. Excellent rooms, quiet, clean and spacious, delicious breakfasts with a huge variety of fruits, meats and cheeses available. However, it was the kindness, consideration and professionalism of the staff that really impressed us. The genuine warmth of the welcome we received at Reception was as welcome as it was unusual and throughout our short stay we were impressed by the excellence of service given by people who were doing their very best to please us. We will certainly stay at the Landmark again and can recommend it most highly.
