We have stayed in many serviced apartments around the world, Europa house is definitely our favourite in London.
The apartments themselves are gorgeous, friends who visited kept commenting that it was more like a real apartment than somewhere rented. Everything is both tasteful and comfortable and the kitchen is well kitted out. (the only little thing that is missing is a coat hook - which would have been useful given the weather and the amount of jackets we seemed to wear - but that's being really too picky!)
There aren't a lot of facilities for the apartments but the huge communal garden outside is just fantastic. And the playground in the middle has swings, climbig frames, slides etc. We visited with a three year old and baby in arms and having such a great place outside the back door made the stay so much easier - we popped down whenever we were could. There are steps to get down, which is tricky if you take a pushchair but the staff were great at giving us a key to the car park so we could walk down the ramp and straight out of the door.
Nothing was too much trouble for the staff and managers, we had everything we needed for the children and they even offered to lend us car seats when the taxi company forgot to bring them. Everyone was very friendly and wonderful withthe children.
The location is great ( we know this part of London well which probably helps). You can get tubes / buses and taxis very easily and be in the West End pretty quickly.
All in all we loved it and will definitely use this as our London base whenever we are back in the UK.
