“Good value”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 7 February 2012

We stayed at the hotel for one weekend in London and were very satisfied. The room was spacious and clean with a big bed. The bathroom was modern and comfortable. We really liked the situation of Indigo Tower Hill with two Metro stations nearby and a bus stop really close. We enjoyed Pret a manger on next corner for a fresh and well tasting breakfast. And we enjoyed the loud speaker in the room for playing our music from our mobile.

“Small room but good service and quiet location”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed 7 February 2012

Every time I go to London, I get disappointed by the service and quality of hotels that I started to think all hotels in London is exactly like faulty towers... however I must say Hotel Indigo was more than i expected. the staff was friendly and helpful, free mini bar the first night and free wi-fi access through out the stay. the room was small but kept clean and we had not complains. it would have been better if we asked for a larger room but since the hotel is located in the finance district the size was expected. was a little hard to find the hotel since google map does not show the exact address, we had to walk around a bit but once you know the area, no problem.
the only advice i would give to travelers choosing to stay at Indigo is to expect the distance from shopping areas. the tube will take you to oxford street and soho easily but will take about 30 - 40mins by tube. although it is right next to tower bridge, there is not much place to dine only a pub at the corner. (the pub surprisingly had great food with large proportions and lovely local beer! recommended to go at night) the area is very quiet since it is right in the business area, we had a very pleasant sleep through our stay.

“ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 6 February 2012

Just got back from a fantastic stay at the Hotel Indigo Tower Hill. This place is a must. The staff are brilliant, they are so welcoming. I had notified the hotel prior to arriving early with my daughter and that it was her birthday. The room was ready on our arrival at 12.30pm and it was spectacular. They had very kindly left a box of chocolates and a birthday message for her.

This hotel is an absolute must, I cannot fault it in any way. There is Aldgate Tube station just around the corner so getting into the centre of London is very easy.

All I can say is YOU MUST BOOK THIS HOTEL - YOU WON'T BE DISAPPOINTED.

“Super Hotel”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 6 February 2012

Excellent experience from start to finish.
Location is convenient and accessible from Aldgate/Tower Hill.

Hotel is the best that I have stayed in in London and would recommend to anyone. Staff are very friendly and approachable. Food is top class. The room standard is perfect with exacting standards of comfort and decor.

This was a celebration weekend for my wife and myself and our stay here made it very special... Thank you

Poor location. Close to Aldgate station and Bus 15, but Aldgate is quite a few connecting trains away from anything worthwhile. Do not be fooled by ‘Tower Bridge View’, especially not pay extra for it.

Bathroom size, cleanliness and amenities are good. Room size is good only if you get a larger room.

I wonder if the front desk is running a taxi scam – I can digest with some difficulty that by the time the doorman brought me a cab from down the street the fare was already at about ₤3.20 (instead of the starting fare of ₤2.20), but not that the total fare at 6-7 AM to Paddington station was ₤31.20 whereas from Paddington station to the hotel in afternoon traffic was ~ ₤23.
