“Wonderful hotel”

My partner and I stay here regularly. We have stayed in all sizes of room and the descriptions are accurate (yes, the Tiny room, really is!).

The restaurant is great and the facilities are well kept. It is like having your own home in London and nothing is ever too much trouble for the staff.

Enjoy it! But don't book too many weekends or there won't be room for us to stay :)

“The Best !!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 3 February 2012

In the heart of Soho this hotel is truly the best possible location to see London... the ambience unparalled ..the rooms are truly wonderful... the restaurant so truly perfect that every night after the theatre you just want to go and have dinner 'at home'..... This time we were there for four days before we got on the tube or in a taxi... we were able to walk everywhere..... some 20,000 steps days on the pedometer .... but truly wonderful to be able to walk to Westminster or to theatres in the West End ... it is indeed our favourite hotel in the world ..... outside Canada !!!!

“Look no further. The only place to stay in Soho!!”

My wife and I booked here because of the good reviews and the location, right in the middle of all the action. What a find!! This is definately my favourite place to stay in London. Can't say enough about the staff and service - I stay in in 5 star hotels all over the world for business and the staff here are better than all of them. Super friendly and super helpful. We booked a Bigger Room on the 2nd floor facing Dean St. No problems with noise at all. Room was huge for London standards. The 4 poster bed was huge and extremly comfortable with top quality linen. There's a clawfoot bath by the window, free WiFi, flatscreen TV with satellite chanels, bose ipod docking station, fridge and minibar with a few freebies. The bathroom has a heated floor with great rain shower. My wife loved the cowshed products that much that we are now getting them sent home from London.
There's only 2 rooms on the floor we were on and I'll be booking both of them for our next trip with the kids.
This is the only place to say in London if you enjoy the nightlife, better than what you'd get it hotels charging twice the price.

Room Tip: Bigger rooms are well worth the extra

“Truly awesome!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 30 January 2012

Absolutely wonderful stay - exquisitely styled rooms, amazing shower with fab products, humongous bed with sumptuous duvet and pillows. Cracking location in the thick of the action but wonderfully quiet. 100% recommended for a city break.

“A lovely, lovely hotel”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 25 January 2012

This is just about my perfect hotel. Small, charming, cool and with incredible staff. The location is excellent for the West End and the all-day dining room means that you can eat and drink when it suits. We had dinner, late-night drinks and breakfast - all in our less than 24 hour stay. Food was great, cooked and served with confidence.
Impressive room with big comfy bed, bath in the room and separate shower room stocked with thoughtful goodies (biscuits were fab, too). But it really is the staff and the service that make this place. The attention to detail comes from the top but it would be nothing without well-selected and trained staff to carry it through and they actually look as if they are enjoying themselves! Go and enjoy - we did.
