Visiting London the first time hotel was easy to find I did a late check in. I checked in with a reception named JAMES (I saw really good reviews about him on trip advisor) so expecting the expected it was quite overwhelming that he made sure I went to the main attraction he pulled a london underground map and highlighted the hot spots to visit without that info I would get lost and waste journeys in result I managed to visit all the places I wanted to go.
I had problem with the a/c when JAMES assisted me how to use it and clearly I had it in the wrong setting which I found it hilarious because I was standing trying to set the right setting for 20 mins but I had it on fan so where the room was hot and it was circulating the hot air.
I wanted to go clubbing and didnt have a clue where to go but JAMES simply knew where the best place to go he recommended leicter square which when I went there absoutly amazed how many people was out there trying to party after I came in late from clubbing a bit tipsy and JAMES in the night finding out how my night went we ended up having general converstion for an hour HE SO SWEET! (I AGREE WITH THE LAST REVIEWER HE IS HOT LOL)
The FAMOUS JAMES (because he got a few good reviews from trip advisor and you will love him) Is so helpful, kind, bubbly and I can go on and on, made my experience excellent for me with out a doubt. Thank you JAMES.
Rooms was not bad (try get a window) go top floor windows not opening was not a problem with me because I will be a bit insecure and leaving it open and having flying things comming in. breakfast was o.k I had it like once, until I discover there was a mc donalds down the road and starbucks across the road.
Room was stylish decent plasma and I pod docket to listen to my tunes to get ready to go out (that was very important hehe) very neat and clean overall. but lastly the high level of service service JAMES provided made me check out in a positive note!
