“Cell phone needed!”

The owner is not on site. When you arrive, you need to call with a cell phone to gain entrance, which we didn't have. Had to wait a long time for another resident to show up and borrowed their cell phone to reach the owner. Also, it's a LONG walk from the train station and a hike to any nearby restaurant, so not recommended for older travelers. Room was clean and breakfast good. It's on a busy road, so light sleepers may have trouble sleeping. It's not far by train to Heathrow airport, so better than typical airport hotels.
