You always know what you will get with a chain like Holiday Inn. Check in smooth and discount parking on site. Room lovely and clean, spacious and all facilities needed. View over back of car park, room quiet, rooms on front maybe a little noisier as near main road. Pleasant walk to the canal area where shops and restaurants, if not there is a small business park area nearby. Taxi back from city centre as was late and only few £s. Breakfast was 2 hot items and yoghurt and fruit and tea, coffee and juice. Nice. Would recommend for the money paid definitel.

My mum and I visited Lincoln for the xmas markets. Hotel was very nice, clean and service was first class. It was a good half an hour walk though to the markets. If anything, their could of been more on the menu in the restaurant but we ate there twice and food was good. Brilliant weekend all round thanks to all at the Holiday Inn

It was the first time we have stayed at this hotel, but will not be the last. The location is great, only a short walk in to the city centre. The rooms are clean and modern in décor. Great service from the staff. The standard express breakfast was fine to start the day but can get a little hectic if all the guests decide to come down together. The only negative thing I will say is that you have to pay £5 to park your car but the staff will let you leave it there all day if you are visiting the city, so not really bad value.

This is my 6th stay at this hotel since it's first opening and it is still outstanding both Service level of staff, Professional and took very good care with out specific requests which was to keep my two room booking next to each other. Also, for night revelers, this is a good place to have as a base because you save a lot of hassle with getting taxi's and places to eat are very close by from McDonalds to restaurants. It's other Holiday inn is just a 5 min walk where there are loads of restaurants to choose from. The family rooms are extremely spacious which is what I had requested for three adults. Very accessible aswell by road from the outer circle.
