We had booked online to stay at the golden beach hotel due to it being really dirty we couldn't stay there next door was the silversands hotel. Me my partner and young daughter enjoyed our 3 night stay here. The room was nice and clean the staff were friendly and we all enjoyed our breakfast. Would stay here again.

Love this hotel. always stop here when we come to Blackpool. Owners and staff very friendly, rooms clean, fresh towels and bedding. Delicious breakfast. Unfortunately can't get in for this Saturday 25/6/2011 for 3 rooms 1 family and 2 double :(

Myself and my husband have just come back from a 5 day break with coachbookings.com and found the hotel, staff and food real value for money. We were also pleased with the 3 day travel passes we got, these really came in handy. Will stay with them again.

My wife,daughter and the 2 grandkids stayed the sencond week in July 2010 for 3 nights and the staff service and bedrooms rooms excellent. The breakfast was great and anything for the kids was no problem: 5+6yrs of age. Toast / milk for them before bed no problem.
My wife and I had'nt been to Blackpool for many years and purchased a holiday home in Paignton, Devon in 1999. On the return journey home decided to stop off in Blackpool, normally staying in the New York Hotel ,Burlington RD. Where I went when I was my grankids age, for many years. We also stayed in the St George on the corner(not that now).
The Silversands now incorporates the New York Hotel and would'nt bypass this Hotel on our next visit. Superbly placed for all attractions yet quiet at night for the kids to sleep!

Considering the prices of other Hotels within the vicinity , I certainly would recommend this hotel for the area it is situtaed (rail staion 5min walk) and defietly family orientaed.
