Just come back fro a fantastic stay. The new owners Chris & Gordon have made great improvements and have made this into a stylish clean modern establishment. Nothing is too much trouble. The hospitality and breakfast were really good. Fantastic location. I would recommend staying here and I am planning another visit this year

The owners Chris & Gordon made us feel very welcome as soon as we arrived. There was a warm & friendly atmosphere and nothing was much trouble for them.
We stayed in a premier room which was lovely & spacious with excellent facilities. The whole place is bright, fresh and spotlessly clean. This is a quality guest house!
Breakfast was excellent. The full English was piping hot, toast, choice of cereals with tea/coffee & juice.
It is conveniently located, with just a few minutes walk to the seafront or Tower, and the onsite parking was a real bonus.
I would highly recommended The Avenue Guest House to anyone, couples or families - you won't be disapointed..

The cooked breakfast was very nice and the service was fantastic. The room was bright and clean and a decent size. The location is great and it has its own parking !! Location is great about 7 mins from the tower. The Owners where very friendly and made us feel very welcome. We would are going to stay again later in the year when the weather is a little better.
