I would recommend Oakville apartments to anyone wanting to visit Blackpool that is looking for a clean and friendly place to stay....I have stayed there a couple of times on my visits from the states and will be back again this november for a 25 year reunion with friends who I have talked into staying there also......Sue and Steve bostock are the owners and you couldn't wish to meet a nicer pair, and they are always on hand if you need anything,no matter what time of the day....Something we could learn back here in the states.I have no hesitation in recomending this place to all my friends when they are going to England and visiting Blackpool.

We stay here every time we come to Blackpool the owners are fantastic and welcoming, the room we stayed in is lovely its big enough for what we need and very clean everything about it felt like home, the bedroom was great a double bed and bunkbeds and enough room for the travelcot, Oakville also has a lift fantastic with all the luggage we have,the games room is great every day on our way out we would have a game of pool first. There is also a bar on site so if you didnt want to go out you could sit in. The location is great too, its near the front and all the attractions, yet on a quiet enough road.

Sue and Steve Bostock are very nice people and always on hand for your every need. We have been going to Oakville Apartments for over 20 years and would not change that we are off there again next week 16 october 2009 for 8 days can't wait.

Had a great time in Blackpool the place has realy improved since I waslast there. Restaurants and pubs and lots to do and see. The apartments were fab really unexpected. Bright and spacious rooms clean and welcoming staff. There was a bar in the place too which was great and a games room!
