Owners where friendly and helpful. The apartment was clean and a good size, it is a 5 min walk from central pier and the town center which was great as we could leave the car, which had a free parking place at the apartment. We had a great week in Blackpool.

My husband, kids and myself enjoyed a superb holiday staying at the Oakville. The apartment we were allocated was immaculately clean, tastefully decorated, extremely comfortable and well equipped to meet all our needs. (I particularly liked the high ceilings, giving the place a light and airy feel). The charming bar with its relaxed and friendly atmosphere was somewhere my husband and I looked forward to going each evening after a tiring day at the nearby beach/attractions. A huge plus for us was the games room next to the bar where we could see the kids playing at the pool table etc. from the lounge (but not hear them!!). Another bonus was the ample parking. If you are looking for quality accommodation and service at very reasonable rates then I would highly recommend the Oakville Apartments. We will definitely be back!

no alacated parking space like it says, bar not open like it says, no towels, and a meter for the heating and tv, room i was staying in badly needs decorated.

From the first telephone call I had with Steve from Oakville Appts,I didn't need to phone round for other accomodation,as his,helpfulness,kind,friendly, 'nothing to much trouble for him' ,price and information regarding disabled access,as this was vital as my collegue and I where travelling with ladies with mobility problems. Location for us perfect,just a short walk to the tower and shopping area.Rooms clean and very well equipped with items you wouldn't usually find in appts (eg)shower gel and shampoo dispenser,washing up liquid,bleach ,air freshner, and a selection of condiments,all an added bonus and rooms spotless,Licensed bar and games room also an advantage as we where travelling with a mixed age range.Only problem we had was,one of the ladies walked with a frame on wheels which she could not get through the lounge door,but managed to walk with the wall and furniture. Marvellous time had by all.Thanks
