We have recently stayed in The Mackintosh as a result of 'overbooking?' in initial hotel we were to stay in. Room was small to be a twin but clean, great power shower, tea coffee making facilities tv with freeview. Time for Breakfast and Dinner is set so have to get there on time if don't want to miss it. When asked about Internet access we were told there is none (although after our return home read on their webside there is free wi-fi in the hotel). Came with the car which was parked on the street nearby as we were informed that there is a private car park available in the back yard (also read about it on their website).
Hoovers are left in the corridors/landings for whatever reason so careful not to trip.
I have been working in hotels for few years now so I am aware of work involved in running such establishment. I think Lady does a brilliant job as did serve Breakfast, Dinner and cleaned and it can be hard work to multitask.
Surely liked the Hotel more than cold and windy Blackpool at the time of our stay.
