We stayed here for 3 nights having booked to see Katherine Jenkins at the BIC. We decided to have dinner in the hotel's Blakes Restaurant only to find that Katherine herself was also dining there that evening!! We had a superb meal, our room was great, breakfast was perfect and the staff were the friendliest we have come across. We have stayed in Bournemouth many times but this is now our new favourite hotel. The icing on the cake was a photograph with Katherine !!! and it's now my screensaver. PandA
Room Tip: We had a Superior Room which was very comfortable

Like you, we were all so delighted to have Katherine Jenkins dining in Blakes that night and even more so when they stood up and gave the team a standing ovation - something we will never forget. Thank you so very much for this review and hopefully w will see you both again soon - it will be hard for us to improve on that night again but we'll certainly try!!!
