I just spent the weekend at this very nice hotel. The owners were very welcoming. We were given room 1 which we found a lovely size and beautifully decorated. The bed was very comfy and the room was spotless. You get free wi-fi which was an added bonus. The tv in the room was a nice size with a good choice of channels if you like watching tv at any point. Breakfast was at a resonable time, with plenty of time to eat and enjoy the large variety of choice from friut, toast, cerial or a lovely cooked breakfast, followed by tea, coffee and juice. The hotel is located very close to resturants and not too far from the harbour and town centre. I would reccomend this hotel to a friend for sure. Nothing bad you could possibly say except i had to leave :-) 10 out of 10.

Had a thoroughly enjoyable stay at the cleveland. The room was immaculately clean and modernly decorated. Brand new bathroom was sparkling and had all the lovely little extras like shampoo and shower gel. Tea and coffee facilities in the room and a bar downstairs with lots of drink options and sky tv available. Free wi fi was an added bonus. Just a short walk to the town and beach. Great town with all you need and lots of nice restaurants to try. Breakfast at the Cleveland was stunning and all fresh ingredients used. The cute little jam jars were great too! Would definitely recommend this b&b to others and will be returning again soon in the new year!

We recently stayed at The Cleveland Hotel and found it to be a really lovely place to stay for our trip to Torquay. It was beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean, the hosts were very welcoming and the breakfast was great too! It's a nice location, just 10 mins walk from local restaurants and the town/sea front, and a good base to explore other parts of Devon. We also visited Brixham, Dartmouth and Babbacombe during our stay. We would most definitely return!

This hotel had a gold star rating, which it truly deserves. The rooms were spotless as was the breakfast room and public areas. Breakfast was lovely with a large bowl of various fresh fruits, cereals,bread, yogurts etc. Then came the large cooked breakfast, very well cooked to order and piping hot! Very reasonably priced too.
