Well my wife and I have just returned from a short break at the Grosvenor Hotel. Although a bit dated the hotel is a must. We had such a great time. The staff were all, and I mean all, fantastic. So friendly, so kind, and really helpful. Special thanks to the waiter Michael. Ace guy who is so so efficient. Thanks to Ryan on the bar, again so helpful and finally special thanks to Christian who made the entertainment fantastic. Do try the hotel, its quirky, friendly and fun. the food is first class too.

We stayed at the Grosvenor Hotel for 5 days over Christmas . The manager Mark., receptionists Karen ,Elaine and all the staff were excellent nothing was too much trouble . Have already booked for next Christmas. The entertainment was first class ,fantastic company .we would recommend this hotel to everybody

Another stay at this hotel and again we liked it very much the food is very good with generous portions nice lounge area friendly staff good entertainment and clean rooms the only down side is the bed was most uncomfortable needed a new matress but all in all very good VFM

We have just spent New Year at The Grosvener and had a fabulous time....exellent food great company and loads of fun. we would recommend it to anyone
