The service in Kethla House is very personal and presented from a pleasent and relaxed atmosphere. It is a "no nonse' place to stay, it is very clean en the breakfast is very good and personally provided. The bedrooms are clean and we slept well. It is a place to go back when you stayed there once.

A very enjoyable stay at the Kethla, Lisa and Andrew were very welcoming lovely cooked breakfast with plenty of tea coffee and toast. Rooms were clean and comfy.Great location as you can make your way to the top of the street and shop in the main street or go around to the Harbour and beach and come back around, would recommend,

Stayed for 3 nights,(would normally use hotels) but by way of change decided to try B&B & after looking at reviews,chose this one,can only say if you want a warm welcome,clean room,great breakfast(cooked to order),hosts that try that bit harder,give them a try,they deserve it.

We recently spent 12 days in Devon and stayed at the Kethla house for our last 3 nights in the middle of June. We received a very warm and friendly welcome from the proprietors Andrew and Lisa. We had a nicely decorated, clean and comfortable, large room with a good, easy to use shower and ample toiletries and hospitality tray,
Lisa cooked an excellent breakfast and we were served by Andrew there was also plenty of juice and cereals. Andrew met us at the Rail station and also took us there for our return journey.
Our hosts were very helpful with information about the area.
We can recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfort, excellent breakfast and good location.
