Lovey Hotel situated no more than 5 mins fom Harbour/Shops, stayed 3 nights over weekend (old mates surprise Birthday party), Great hosts Wayne, nice guy, very informative of area, anything you want to know just ask, Debbie behind the scenes supporting W, Breakfast first class, my only moan would be the shower room was a tad small but hey you only spend 5 mins in there don't you

We were disappointed. Given the good ratings on booking.com and Trip Advisor we expected better. The hotel was tired and rundown. We had a very cosy bedroom with an even smaller bathroom where the toilet didn't work properly and the shower was tiny. Attention to detail was also lacking - the batteries in the TV remote were dead and we had to ask for tea bags as these hadn't been replenished from the previous day. Car parking was problematic - a very small car park on a very steep slope. We also had to change our booking to arrive a day earlier. Given we had booked in Australia the confirmation from booking.com went back to Australia - hence we emailed Braddon Hall Hotel to confirm the change of dates. We received no response from Braddon Hall - which was extremely disappointing.

Good location - easy walking distance from Torquay town centre.

Stayed for four nights Friday to Monday .. Hotel is ideally situated for all the local amenities although any one with walking difficulties should be aware thet area is very hilly, Hotel was lovely room spacious and had everything you wanted. Really clean and beautiful crisp white bed linen. Wayne and Debbie are perfect hosts available if you want them very helpful but not intrusive, Breakfast was great varied choice and cooked to perfection. Superb value for money and would not hesitate to recommend.
