The guy who runs this hotel is the most welcoming I have ever met. The room was lovely, clean and comfortable and we had great fun in the hotel bar! It is not far from town and there is free parking outside. If you are visiting Torquay, you have to stay here!

A great little b&b rather than a hotel. Stayed with my boyfriend just for the night and found it to be great. No complaints for 35 pounds a night for 2 of us. Didnt have breakfast so cannot comment, but the room was very nicely decorated and finished well. Owner was nice and friendly although never there it seemed. Would stay again.

The hotel itself is old but well maintained the room was clean and warm. I was impressed by the personal touches such as the chocolates on the bed side. The owner was very friendly and the breakfast was excellent.

Very good hotel ,very friendly and welcoming ,breakfast was excellent would cook what ever you wanted ,any negative comments about this hotel in the past are absolute rubbish ,the place was very clean very well situated ,shane and thersa are very nice people ,would recommend this hotel to anyone ,the bar is well stocked and a very good pint as well.torquay as place is very nice is was very surprised myself.best hotel i have ever stopped in .
