Had a one night stay over Easter period and the room was really good value for money at £35 per person bed and continental breakfast. The room was fairly small but nicely decorated, the mattress was very hard could feel bed underneath so didn't have the best night's sleep but the shower made up for it. The hotel has good eco credentials - no small bottles of toiletries but large ones in dispensers which is great. Johnathan is very personable and relaxed with guests and even went to the trouble of putting decaf tea and coffee in our room after asking if we had any special requests. The breakfast is lovely and let's face it who wants a big cooked breakfast when you can fish and chips for lunch? The choice was great - smooothie, fresh fruit salad, porridge, cereal, croissants, ham, cheese, toast marmalade and jam. You can have as much or as little as you want. Would recommend a stay here as Dartmouth is one of Devon's best kept secrets with very good food and a beautiful harbour
