Location is fantastic… perfect for a winter break. Room was quiet and bed very comfortable, food great, Fifteen is a must. Hotel was busy but staff remained calm and efficient.

just returned from New Years party package .
The aim of the Hotel is to create a house party atmosphere and they do it with aplomb .
The staff are all so friendly and helpful.
The Brasserie food was of great quality and taste ,well done.
We also ate at the Beach cafe ,again a great atmosphere and reasonably priced and tasty beach style food and drink.
The Spa development will be a fantastic extra attraction for next year.
The guys at the Extreme Academy are top drawer and so helpful when learning to surf.
We will definately return.

Stayed over Christmas. Lovely hotel and a lovely clean room with a great en-suite bathroom. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Enjoyed a wonderful evening meal at 15 as part of the package. Jamie Oliver's 15 is within very easy walking distance of the hotel. Car parking is available at the hotel and also at a car park near to the hotel (hotel staff buzz you out of this barriered car park so you don't have to pay). A range of wonderful beach and cliff top walks are within easy access of the hotel. Enjoyed having a balcony and a sea view - could hear the sea at night which was really wonderful. The food in the hotel Brasserie was generally good and the breakfast choices were excellent. Child and dog friendly hotel. Would reccommend this as a fun Christmas break.

We stayed between Christmas and the New Year. Very nice staff met us, room had sea views, with outside patio, and you can walk down to the beach. Pleasant cafe/bar relaxation area overlooking the beach. We went to Jamie Oliver in the evening, which was superb; not cheap, but you will enjoy it! The room itself was comfortable, with nice TV and iPod speaker/dock.
Slept like a baby. Breakfast was very good, with attentive service.
A lot of families with young children come here, so you have to be tolerant.
Only two very minor quibbles: no tissues in the room, and a shower cap would be nice.
There is an iron, hairdryer, robes, etc. The room was spotless. Lifts, of course, and a real log fire in the reception area when we were there.
