I've stayed here many times over the last 6 months and keep coming back for more. Keep an eye out for the web sale offers as they are definately worth it. £19 bargain! This place is simply head and shoulders above all the other budget hotels in the area & I know from first hand experience - definately worth a look.

Writing this as I'm still in the hotel after a terrible nights sleep. The rooms are not double glazed in fact it feels like they are not glazed at all with the draft and noise. In room 132 which is facing main road but I feel as though I'm in the middle of the road! Room is freezing there was no heating in when we arrived which is all you need in sub zero temperatures. Was supposed to be going around Chester today but i can't face it now,going to go home for a warm and peace and quiet. This is the first time I've stayed in a premier inn don't think I will be staying again. I would email them to complain but I'm still waiting for a reply to an email query I made nearly two weeks ago.

First time we have stayed at this Premier Inn and we certainly will be staying again. From the minute we arrived the staff greeted us with a welcoming smile and information about the Inn and this continued throughout our stay. The rooms are the same clean very comfortable big bed clean bathroom and tea/coffee etc. We also took advantage of having breakfast, which was superb and served by delightful staff again. We also ate 2 nights and again had lovely food and great staff. We had good night sleep both nights we asked for quiet room when we booked and this was granted to us. Altogether we had a great time. Our friends ended up booking when they heard we were staying here and they also enjoyed it too - one of them being disabled. Well done Chester Premier Inn and thank you all for a lovely stay.
