2 night stay. Room overlooking acres of grass. Spotlessly clean, Bathroom very modern and functional. Central heating easy to control. Breakfast fine. Staff aimiable .Good lift. Computer friendly
A paragon of a hotel-not trying to be anything but fit for purpose and value for money.

We spent two nights here in July whilst we attended a wedding. The hotel insisted all bookings had to be for 2 nights over the weekend in question.
The Regent is ideally located close to the centre of the City, the parking is an absolute nightmare!!!

The building is quaint, our room could be described as cosy, there was very little space and seemed cramped. It was air conditioned, which over the weekend we stayed was most welcome. Never encountered any issue with the staff, they were polite and helpful, breakfast was fine. I neither enthused or despondent about the Regent.It was ok, if a tad expensive .........this is Cambridge.

Nice staff, nice room, the wifi works well and is reasonably priced. Also, I like that they give you 2 codes so you can connect your phone too.

The great reviews on tripadvisor and excellent photography led me into thinking a real treat was in store. And for £120 a night for a standard room you certainly expect a level of quality. The hotel has a lovely exterior and a great location just outside the centre. The staff were also lovely. However, it was just so small. The corridors are narrow, the standard room we were in was really tiny with the smallest double bed I've ever seen. And the bathroom was a huge disappointment - it just looked cheap and smelt of mildew. A real shame, because it has the potential to have much charm. I would certainly pay the extra and stay in the Hotel du Vin next time.
