Just back home in Dublin after spending four nights in this wonderful guest house. Everything from the welcome, the room and the breakfast was perfect. Averill and Steve did a fantastic job to ensure that i enjoyed my stay and i could not ask for more. I have had good reason to visit Bristol over the last three years and this is the first time that i have reviewed my accommodation. I would have no hesitation in staying here again, so well done folks!

Definitely recommended! I've stayed here three times in the last few months and if I'm working down in Bristol / Aztec West again this will be the first place I check for availability. Averill and Steve are fantastic. I've stayed in a different room on each visit and they have all been up to the same great standard. Slept well and breakfast is very good. I'm really hoping to get the opportunity to stay again.

They gave us a lovely warm welcome and make an effort to use your name and ask about things you mentioned you wanted to do or have done which is a nice touch. It was all very clean, the facilities were good for a B&B and we really enjoyed the full english breakfast (with more toast than you could ever eat).
Things to keep in mind is it is a little way out of the centre, however there is a bus that runs every 10 minutes nearby that takes 45 minutes to the centre and a taxi home cost us £25 which isnt bad. The room was on the smaller side but enough to fit your things comfortably.
Overall we had a lovely stay and I would stay there again when visiting Bristol.

Stayed whilst visiting Bristol for a wedding. Absoutley superb! Wonderful welcom from Steve and Averill. Beautiful spacious room, spotlessly clean with lovely bedding and power shower - something you dont usually get even in top hotels! Breakfast amazing - perfectly cooked and served at a time to suit (much appreciated after a late night!) One of our party had a special diet and it did not present any problems at all Steve was so willing to oblige. All in all a perfect stay and we will be back!
