we stayed for one night as we were attending a birthday party near by.
Check in was quick and efficient, the receptionist was friendly and competent.
The room was typical of a premier inn, clean with a double bed, a sofa made into a single bed for our son, a dressing table, hanging space, t.v, hair dryer and tea/coffee making facilities.
The premier inn has free parking.
A Beefeater restaurant is attached to the premier inn, we had drinks at the bar which were a fair price. We had breakfast in here which is all help yourself except for the cooked which is made to order. The breakfast is £7.99 per adult and a child under 16 can eat for free, at check in we were given a voucher booklet which contained a voucher for buy 1 get 1 free on breakfast and the children still ate free. So all three of us ate a cooked breakfast for £7.99!
If we needed a hotel in this area again i would stay here.

This hotel is a classic Premier Inn stuck on a ring road on a modern estate. Building and pub clean and warm, staff very friendly and helpful.

21 of us pre-booked our Christmas family get together for today. What a dreadful meal!!!! No excuses - we pre-ordered our chosen meals well in advance, except 3 of our party who had phoned and were promised a call back, which never happened.
The best part of mine and my husband's meal was the pate starter - from then on it was downhill all the way. Awful main course of turkey roast, and the so called 'Christmas Pudding' was a slice of square processed rubbish which was inedible. Like a very poor school dinners!!
The waiting and bar staff were all friendly and hard working.
My impression was that the microwave must have been working hard, as it all tasted and appeared to be processed, not fresh.
Several of our party agreed we won't visit there again.
The only reason we didn't complain was that it's not the waiting staff who decide what comes out of the kitchen.
Got home, still hungry but out of pocket!!! Don't bother going there, especially for 'Christmas Fayre'.
