My husband and i stayed at this Premier Inn for 4 nights while visiting our daughter in Bristol. My husband is dependant on oxygen therapy 24 hours a day which is arranged and installed locally. From my first enquiry to the final day of our stay we received the most helpful and kindest staff ever. It was our experience that every member of staff we came into contact with were all the same. We ate breakfast but not dinner, and very good it was too. Parking could be difficult and costly, but my husband has a blue disabled parking badge so we did not have a problem, actually parked right outside front entrance every day, which for us was free. On our second morning there we were offered a different room no. 101, and we moved into it, a huge room which suited us very well giving plenty of room for the oxygen equipment. The staff really couldn`t have been more helpful during the move. We would definitely stay there again.
