Good clean hotel at a good price. Close to shops and waterfront bars in the centre of Bristol. Didn't eat in the restaurant as it didn't look all that good. I think it was a converted bar.

Stayed here for 1 night, staff very friendly and room clean and large, I think my room had been adapted for someone with a disability which made the bath quite small because of all the additional hand rails. Breakfast was good and staff were very helpful but the bar on the way to the breakfast foom; which is located in the old pub next door, was rather smelly.
Would stay here again.

The hotel is located in a good position between the shops and the river side a 5 minute walk to both. The hotel was clean and staff ok. But please be aware about the parking. Parking is in a NCP car park located along the road from the hotel and it is £20 for 24 hours this is discount by 25% by premier inn but this still adds a lot to your stay costs. The rating would have been far higher if they had been up front about the parking on their website. Nasty surprise...

The actual Premier Inn was the usual good standard that we have enjoyed previously... BUT...DON'T EAT THERE!! The Pub/Restaurant was dirty and smelly... dimly lit... and the breakfast experience left a lot to be desired!! The food was not readily available and the lack of staff was quite evident. At breakfast we did not get what we had ordered on our plates and by the time we got it we did not have the time to eat it as . the restaurant staff were incapable of delivering customer service.
