This is a nice B&B, in a large house off a main road in a up scale residential area north of the Downs. The house is set well back from the main road, so traffic noise isn't a problem.
My room was nicely furnished with a good sized bed, and faced west over a large garden. The breakfasts were average for this type of establishment, with the usual mix of cooked options, toast etc. They offer free wifi access.
One small oddity. You don't get a front door key, so gaining access requires that you ring the front door bell and hope that the owners are home.
I found its location, about half a mile north and downhill from the Downs a little too far from the attractions of Whiteladies Road. There is a regular bus route into town.
