We stayed here before an early morning flight from Bristol airport. They were extremely friendly in all our communications and the lady checking us in was a hoot. As we had an early morning flight I appreciated the breakfast in a bag that you could take with you (carton of juice, fruit, cereal bar etc) but if you had a later flight this might be less appealing. We had a family apartment which was very big and well equipped and we appreciated being able to cook tea there.
The airport is literally 2 mins drive away - the taxi driver we had was lovely. There are a lot of comings and goings in the night as people are picked up and dropped off; it's not that noisy. If you are a light sleeper you may want earplugs.
One thing to be aware of if you have an early morning flight - we had a 7am flight with Easyjet and the queues were big even with online check in - we had arrived at 6am and this was too late really as we had to be hoiked out the queue by Easyjet staff, then of course more queues at security - made it a bit stressful. So allow 1.5 hours I'd say. It's possibly better later on in the day.
