I stayed here with colleagues last month, it is a 15- 20 minutes taxi ride (£25) from Bristol train station, however feels a million miles away from the city centre. It has some of the most beautiful views Ive seen, the buildings themselves are really nicely converted. The accommodation is excellent, each room has its own kitchen small dining area and bathroom. The conference facilities were excellent, and my favourite thing of all was the food, it was delicious (Im very fussy!) they use local fresh produce and it is cooked perfectly, in the onsite small restaurant. I can't rate this place highly enough.

I have a feeling the facilities and accommodation are only available for weddings, events, meetings etc rather than the independent traveller, (however definitely worth a call as I may be wrong). I wanted to write about it anyway as I was very very impressed.
