Stayed 1 night in the twin room. This room is very small and the beds are only 2'6" and rickety. The television was tiny and barely worked. Wiring everywhere to run kettle, tv etc. The room was damp and the bathroom was not clear (toothpaste on the mirror, hairs around the place). The bathroom is a wet-room with a central drain and when you run the water, the smell emerging from the drain was awful. I could go on but enough is enough. I also echo comments from other reviewers on the "odd" arrangements for breakfast.
Maybe some of the other rooms are OK but definitely don't stay in the twin.
How sad it is that hotels and guesthouses near Bristol Airport think that they can take advantage of their position and "captive audience" to not only charge high prices but offer terrible accomodation too......sigh!

I am sorry that this guest did not enjoy their stay. This room is a very economically priced small twin room and is sold as such, provided for guests who require a budget room for a quick getaway to the airport.
The flat screen LG TV is more than adequate for the room, and works, although some of our guests who are not familiar with the UK's free-view system sometimes struggle with the technology.
The room is not damp.
I accept that occasionally we have problems with the drains, which have subsequently been jet washed so the problem is resolved.
We have many visitors throughout the year and I think if you look at our other reviews over the past year we manage in the majority of cases to provide a very good guest experience. The price of this room is only 30-50% of the cost of the holiday inn.
