I regularly stay in the hotel for business and have converted my colleagues to switch to the rad blu from the marriott. The location is fantastic, service great and, like all rad blus the decor is modern. I am also a huge fan of the club carlson rewards scheme. Its also great to receive complimentary 2 x cans of coke and water on arrival plus nice biscuits with the teas.
The one thing that let's this hotel down is it's ongoing issues with the lifts. This has been an issue for months and months. I have have waited ten minutes for the lift- a real pain in the morning (with luggage). Apart from this, my fav hotel in southwest and plan to visit at the weekend soon... when waiting for the lift won't be an issue!

I am not sure to smile or grimace from your words, what you have written is wonderful and great to hear until you get to the lift paragraph. we are working flat out to get the lifts sorted and it seems it is taking forever, I thank you very much for your patience and fingers crossed by your next visit it will be done and we will have you flying up and down in the lifts with out a hitch.
