Updated room in older motel. I chose it based on previous reviews and found our room to be clean and comfortable. The bathroom fixtures are updated and the room has been painted. The hot water heat kept the room warm and cozy and with the concrete block the room was quiet, hardly notice that it is on the highway. Colleen does an excellent job of making sure the room is clean and we had all the amenities we needed for an extended stay. Within walking distance of Tim Horton's, ABC, Boston Pizza, Walmart, Superstore and Tamarack Mall. Friendly and accommodating. Would stay again.

Stayed here for a school placement in early January 2015. Got caught up in a snowstorm and had a cancelled reservation at a different hotel, but I wish I would have stayed here the whole time. It was exactly what I needed. Got great customer service at the front desk. The room was clean, well appointed, and lots of amenities! Right across the street from Timmy's, Walmart, and Superstore. I will stay here again. The student rate was great as well!

There isn't anything fancy about this place but the owners are accommodating, the room and bathroom were clean and the bed was comfortable. The rooms face the busy street but if you're tired you won't even notice the noise. The price is definitely worth it! ($90 for a double room...meaning it has two beds).

The only negative thing I can say is that the rugs could be cleaned more often but hey I understand it can be a busy little place.

Room tip: All rooms face the street so you will hear the traffic.

This is a great little gem! Bonnie & Glenn are friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The motel is a comfortable, quiet, and all worth the value. If you are looking for a place to stay that is of high quality but on a budget, this is a great place.

It is a great choice!

Room tip: Don't be fooled; this is a motel that has great value.

This is an older hotel that has had some updating. My first priority is cleanliness and the room and bathroom were very clean. The beds were very comfortable. There is a small fridge and a coffee maker for convenience. I was worried there would be traffic noise, but the night was very quiet in the room. In the morning you can grab a free bagel, muffin or piece of toast and coffee from the office. I believe there was some fruit there, as well. The owners seemed very friendly. The price was $89 for two queen beds, the average for most motels of this age around town. There is a senior's discount. I had no problem with a Scripture verse on the wall. This is a privately run hotel and the owners have the right to put whatever they choose on the wall. I would add to the critique of another reviewer, ditch the styrofoam cups. I didn't think they were even in existence anymore. They are so bad for the environment and a paper cup would, at the least, give a little more class to the room. They are inexpensive at Costco! All round, would definitely stay here again.
