This is an older hotel that has had some updating. My first priority is cleanliness and the room and bathroom were very clean. The beds were very comfortable. There is a small fridge and a coffee maker for convenience. I was worried there would be traffic noise, but the night was very quiet in the room. In the morning you can grab a free bagel, muffin or piece of toast and coffee from the office. I believe there was some fruit there, as well. The owners seemed very friendly. The price was $89 for two queen beds, the average for most motels of this age around town. There is a senior's discount. I had no problem with a Scripture verse on the wall. This is a privately run hotel and the owners have the right to put whatever they choose on the wall. I would add to the critique of another reviewer, ditch the styrofoam cups. I didn't think they were even in existence anymore. They are so bad for the environment and a paper cup would, at the least, give a little more class to the room. They are inexpensive at Costco! All round, would definitely stay here again.
