For business trip or for vacation, you will always be greeted by their professional and pleasant staff. The hotel is well located near major highways, public transit, Yorksdale Mall and several restaurants. You can easily travel to Toronto, Mississauga and GTA. The breakfast and dinner were wonderful no matter what your appetite is (for light and full meal courses). There is a lot of variety. The rooms are very comfortable and clean.

I stay at this hotel quite often and must say that it is just ok. I like the Priority Club check in, but thee free cookie and bottle of water didnt make up for the room.

For such an upscale place the heaters sounded like jet engines when they kicked in. I had the same comments from others in my group on other floors. I was on the second floor and had a brick wall for a view...I mean literally feet in front of my window. Hotel bar is overpriced with mediocre service. I'm not usually a complainer, but this place could use some updates.

That being said, the location is great....close to subway, shopping, Yorkdale Mall has some good restaraunts and upscale stores. Its a good place to stay when working in near Downsview but would stay elsewhere if travelling for pleasure.

I went there for a business purpose. The location of the hotel is good. Just opposite to the hotel is Canada's biggest mall (as read on Internet). The service, rooms, cleanliness, promptness of the staff is commendable. I stayed there for about 4-5 days.. The stay was pleasant. Surely recommend my friends to stay.

I stay here often on business travel. The rooms are always clean and the staff are always top-notch. The Yorkdale Mall is just across the street and offers many great restaurants and of course shopping. The subway station is in the mall providing access to downtown Toronto. The pool is nice and the gym is ok but I always find the gym hot and humid being so close to the pool. The rates are a bit high but you pay for the convenience of this hotel and the amenities that come with it.
