First, let me start by saying that I have had wonderful experiences at Four Seasons hotels around the world (Paris, London, Istanbul, Maui, etc.). However, the Four Seasons hotel in Toronto is a sad, pitiful joke. The restaurant (Avenue) has the rudest seating staff you could ever imagine. The restaurant manager is completely unconcerned about how badly customers are treated and is not at all interested in trying to set an example to the other employees.
I will never, ever stay or dine at the Four Seasons in Toronto again. It is a poor excuse for a hotel and is doing a lot of damage to a brand that is known elsewhere as a five-star hotel chain. The one in Toronto is barely a two-star.

Thank you for your feedback, and we appreciate your comments. I am sure that you will be pleased to learn that we are opening a brand-new Four Seasons Hotel Toronto this Summer 2012, which will feature international restaurateur and Chef Daniel Boulud's Cafe Boulud and dbar, as well as The Spa at Four Seasons, the largest luxury urban hotel spa at any Four Seasons hotel in the world. I very much look forward to welcoming you back to Four Seasons Hotel Toronto soon.
Warmest Regards,
Dimitrios Zarikos
Regional Vice President and General Manager
