Kids loved this place until it was time to go to sleep. It was very loud till 11:30pm then again at 2:00am. Rooms are clean pool is clean and waterslide is great.

We stayed here after a very positive experience with Victoria Inn in Brandon. Unfortunately it was a terribly busy Labour day week-end, and lot of families with children stayed perhaps thanks to he pool and water slides. The room was comfortable and spacious. Unfortunately our night was disrupted by a brawl in the corridor that went on for and hour, guests slamming doors and swearing at each other.
After paying 150 dollars for a double room we were not impressed that we could chose only one item from the menu for the included breakfast. As we did not wish to have any greasy sausage etc. but wanted a toasted bagel we had to pay for the fruit cup as they were 2 items, though less valuable than the freely offered cooked dishes.
We noticed an ad in a brochure about this hotel that they offer free entrance vouchers to Fort William. We had to ask for it, but then we received it. That made our stay more affordable - and Fort William is certainly a place worth visiting.
We had an excellent dinner at the Japanese restaurant across the road.

We had a great stay, rooms are being renovated,beds are super comfy now. Clean rooms and very pleasant staff! Will stay again!

We stayed at the Victoria Inn over a two week period in one of their Family Suites. We were very impressed by the hotel and hotel restaurant staff; everyone was friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean and well appointed. The hotel is conveniently located beside a 24hr grocery store and across the street from a drugstore and several restaurants. The pools were fantastic (love the waterslide)!The only drawback would be the noise from the pool, but overall, a great stay.
