Very affordable. Bar inside hotel is welcoming and comfortable. Staff were extremely helpful. Close to all entertainment venues, and shopping district.

Oh where to begin... we arrived at dusk. No vacancies anywhere else in Thunder Bay. We were greeted by the mentally handicapped desk clerk who asked ME if there were people staying in the room that she gave us the key for. I shouted, "Gee, I don't know." I couldn't hear myself over the din of hoboes fighting over bottle and can collecting rights to the hotel dumpster...
I gathered my wife and beer and we headed to room 313.
The first thing we noticed was the itrusive odor and the odd placement of the towels, haphazardly unfurled in the the closet. We noted to charmingly out of place 5 gallon bucket under the sink, dangerously close to spilling waste water all over our socked feet.
As we looked for the bible, we were surprised to find some spare change (an opportunity to use the broken vending machine?), a used cocaine straw and half a bottle of Pepto Bismol.

Well after calling around to multiple hotels and finding out there was a room at the Prince Arthur where we got a taxi and went here with all out bags to get turned away cause I lost my credit card and they did not accept Debit or CASH !! Anywho hw, We got stuck going down the road to the Shoreline Hotel..

DUMP !! I think the sidewalk is cleaner then the whole hotel... Very Ignorant people who can not take a joke, Answe questions for you or anything.

The rooms are disgusting and the only thing that looks any good is the 2 leather sofas in the lobby as a disguse for how disgusting the rooms and hallways are... Black mold on ceiling of 5th floor , NO A/C, Heating registers falling off wall, No coffee, No Alarm Clock, No chair for Desk like WTF did I pay 70$ for ?

The next morning at almost check out time they call my room and ask if we are staying another night , Me not know b/c my husband was not back yet from taking care of some business I said I would let them know in about 30 mins case he was not back yet and she hung up phone in myear, The vending machine did not work on the items I wanted so then the machine eats my $ and the elevator sounds like it isnt going to make it up and down thru the floors , it is also ok for ppl to YELL and scream at 2-3 am when ppl are sleeping but when u yell behind closed doors because u aretrying to find something or for example stubb ur toe they call the RCMP ?? LIke WTF ??? Man that place should be shut down by health board !!!

This place might as well be turned into a flop house. Its a disgusting hole. There was no alarm clock, chair for the desk, the room smelt like smoke, the halls were disgusting and the front desk man was rude. Stay Away from this place.
